"A La Carte" just means that each of our services are priced separately, rather than one management fee for taking over the entire production.   With our Services, you don't have to commit to anyone taking control over your livelihood.     You pick and choose what you want help with.  We simply provide LOCAL assistance for your specific Real Estate Management needs.

- Finding Good Quality Tenants (taking photos of apartment or home, posting ads, responding to ads via phone, email, or text, showing properties, tenant interviews, background checks (credit and/ or criminal) signing leases, tenant move-in/Out.)
